Wait times are short and not long they are fast I’m not sure why people say they are long. They were quick with my food and I got my smoothie a minute after I placed my order. Will be going back soon.

If I could give 0 I would. My kid is allergic to bananas and I asked if they could do a strawberry chocolate smoothie instead of banana chocolate they said yes. Were having card reader issues so I pulled cash to pay and they pulled me up to wait for 2 drinks. The worker brought my stuff out and I could smell the bananas in my kids drink so I told him this was supposed to be strawberry… he insisted it was and that he saw them make it so I took the lid off and tasted all the bananas and no strawberries. He got an attitude and said we will refund you, I said I don’t want a refund I want my drink made right. He again said I watched it be made I will refund you… I said I waited 20 mins I want the drink made right so he argued with me that I waited 9 mins I said we sat in your drive through line before we ordered, but I want a manager, he said I am the owner, so… this owner has poor customer service, lies about drinks being made, and has a bad attitude… this place will be another quick shut down spot in Killeen and that’s for a good reason. Smoothie king tastes better and has better service. The smoothie my daughter got tasted slimy and definitely came from a mix.

Friendly service, great food and smoothies, what more can you ask for! I come here a few times a month for my usual smoothies (Mango Magic, Sunrise Sunset, or Paradise Point) and Flat Bread (Chipotle Bacon Ranch). Nice standalone building and relaxing vibes. Definitely my favorite smoothie place of all the major chains.

They are sweet people, and idk if they’re typically understaffed in the mornings or what, but the service is not time efficient. Typical wait time for drive through orders are minimum 20mins. Definitely not ideal for a healthy food establishment near a military post. More business would flow through with just service members alone if they was better at fixing the food and taking orders.

I love Tropical! The food is great and the smoothies are absolutely bomb ! I've never had a problem with the staff and the wait time is reasonable. But today I got my usual smoothie and tried to take it out of my cup holder and had it spill all over the place. Was super upset and by the time I had finished cleaning the mess up, the store was closed. Will be coming back in the morning to see if they can remake it for me, although they will probably charge me for another one according to other reviews. Update: They did not remake it for me and could not offer me a refund. The manager said you have to call them 15 to 20 minutes after leaving so they can remake it for you otherwise there is nothing they can do for you and even then they still cannot offer you a refund so it's final sale. Very upsetting.
